Beginning at 6:00am, Monday, August 16, 2021 through 11:59pm Sunday, September 12, 2021 listeners 18 and over may register for the chance to win free Wendy’s breakfast for the 2021-2022 school year by providing their first and last names, email address, street address, date of birth, and telephone number at Sunny95.com. One entry per person. Submitting more than one entry per person will invalidate all entries by that contestant. Any entry submitted on behalf of another individual or using another person’s email address or name will be disqualified and ineligible to claim any prize. Any attempt by any participant to obtain more than the stated number of entries allowed by using the same, multiple/different email addresses, identities, or any other methods void that participant’s entries, and that participant may be disqualified. in the event of a dispute as to any online registration, the authorized account holder of the e-mail address used to register will be deemed to be the registrant and he/she must be eligible according to these official rules. No mechanically reproduced or automated entries are permitted. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification and all such entries will be deemed void. The winner will be chosen at Sunny 95’s sole discretion. No purchase necessary.
At 10:00 Monday, September 13, 2021, a representative of Sunny 95 will randomly choose one (1) winner from the pool of all qualified entries to receive the Prize of free Wendy’s breakfast for the 2021-2022 school year. The Prize consists of a coupon booklet containing weekly breakfast vouchers to be used once per week at any participating Wendy’s location starting October 4, 2021, through June 5, 2022. Weekly expiration dates are printed on each voucher. If for any reason any voucher is not used before the expiry date listed on each voucher, the winner forfeits that voucher. No replacement voucher or cash equivalent will be given as replacement for the forfeiture of any expired voucher. The total approximate retail value of the Prize is $312.00. The winner will be notified by phone on Monday, September 13, 2021, to confirm the details of their prize. The winner’s first and last name and city of residence will be listed on the contest page at Sunny95.com after confirmation has been made with the winner.
We will make reasonable efforts to award Prizes within 30 days after winning. Winners will be responsible for any applicable federal and state taxes as well as all fees associated with the prize. Winners must have a valid state ID and complete a w9 to collect the prize. In the event that the any winner declines acceptance of the prize, the prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash.
Sunny 95 contests are open to all eligible Columbus, OH residents 18 or older who have not won anything on Sunny 95 in the past 30 days or any prize valued at $600 or more in the past 6 months. Only one winner per household is permitted within 30 days after a household has a winner. Any prize awarded to an ineligible listener will be deemed null and void, and an alternate eligible winner may be named.
Employees of Sunny 95, Columbus Radio Group, Franklin Communications, Inc, and its ultimate parent company, Saga Communications, Inc., their advertising agencies, affiliates, contest sponsors, employees and immediate families of each, and employees of all media of mass communication within a one-hundred-mile radius of the Sunny 95 main studio are not eligible to win any contest. Immediate family includes the spouse, great-grandparents, grandparents, parents, brothers, sisters, children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren of the employee and his/her spouse. This also includes individuals for whom the employee is the current legal guardian. The station’s sole responsibility will be to award the prize and will have no further responsibility in connection with the prize if the prize winner, for any reason, cannot or decides not to use the prize.
