COLUMBUS, Ohio – Columbus police continue their search for the man whose stray bullet critically injured a woman on a COTA bus last month.
UPDATE: Anthony Saunders turned himself in at Columbus Police headquarters on Monday.
Investigators say Anthony Saunders III has been charged with felonious assault for pulling the trigger in the incident.
Saunders, 19, is accused of opening fire on someone at N. 4th Street and E. 8th Avenue on April 16.
Police say the bus was caught in the crossfire and Amy Develvis, 39, was shot in the eye.
Keniece Wyche, 22, was also charged with tampering with evidence.
