COLUMBUS, Ohio – The five-year-old boy who was pulled from an icy Southeast Side pond on Friday has died.
Nationwide Children’s Hospital officials say Elijah Walker died yesterday, four days after firefighters and a bystander rescued him from the pond at the Hartford on the Lake apartments.
James Jenkins, 30, died after jumping into the water to save the boy.
