GLENDALE, Ariz. – Steve Sullivan posted a hat trick as the Coyotes defeated the Blue Jackets, 5-1, in Glendale.
Fedor Tyutin scored the only goal and goalie Steve Mason allowed all five on 42 shots for Columbus.
The Blue Jackets are 1-1-and-1 with a game at Colorado on tap tonight.
