Missing girl, father feared headed out of state

COLUMBUS, Ohio – The search is underway for a missing three-year-old Dublin girl and her father, who does not have custody of the child and who may be headed out-of-state or even out of the country.

Arabella Cadena was reported missing yesterday when her father didn’t drop her off at daycare after a weekend visit.

Luis – aka “Roque” — Cadena was last known to be driving a silver Honda Prelude (OH Lic. # FEG-5761) or may be traveling with a white Toyota Rav 4, possibly displaying Texas tags with the number DG3X375.

Arabellla’s mother allowed Luis Cadena to take the child for a weekend visit and he was instructed to drop the child off at day care on Monday morning, police said.

When the mother discovered that the child was not dropped off at day care, she called police.

Investigators found that Luis and the rest of his family have moved out of their apartment and rented a U-Haul trailer and appear to be headed out of the State of Ohio, possibly to the Carolinas, Dallas or Mexico.

Anyone with information regarding Luis (Roque) Cadenas or his whereabouts is requested to contact the Columbus Division of Police Radio Room at 614-645-4545 or the Investigative Desk at 645-645-4624.
