COLUMBUS, Ohio – Two bills in the Ohio House could pave the way to the legalization of marijuana in the state.
Representative Bob Hagan (D-Youngstown) introduced the measures yesterday that would put two issues on the statewide ballot legalizing pot for medical and recreational uses.
Hagan says a 15 percent tax on marijuana could help fix the state’s budget.
