COLUMBUS – The Omaha Storm Chasers made the most of their eight hits and effective pitching in a 5-2 win over the Clippers Thursday night at Huntington Park.
Nick Loftin drove in a run and scored another as starter Cole Ragans (2-1) and four relievers struck out 12 batters while allowing only five hits.
Hunter Gaddis (1-7) took the loss for Columbus.
