LOUISVILLE – Chris Roller hit a solo homer and scored the go-ahead run during a double steal as the Clippers beat the Louisville Bats, 7-3, Saturday night at Louisville Slugger Field.

Roller contributed to a three-run third inning for Columbus before stealing third base off Ricky Karcher (3-3) and then taking home on a throwing error by Bats catcher Chuckie Robinson.

Daniel Schneemann hit a two-run homer and Bryan Lavastida added a three-run shot to help secure the win for Cody Morris (2-0).
