COLUMBUS – A 12-year-old girl who was the subject of a regional Amber Alert in northeast Ohio was recovered safely and her stepbrother was taken into custody late Tuesday, police said.
Police say Tessa Kozelka was allegedly abducted by her “boyfriend” and stepbrother Micey Stiver at approximately 2:00 a.m. Tuesday from an address North Royalton.
They were located and apprehended just after 11:30 p.m. Tuesday night and were in the custody of the Cleveland Police Department, according to North Royalton police, who issued a regional Amber Alert just after 4:30 p.m.
