COLUMBUS – Police have identified the second of two men who exchanged gunfire inside Polaris Fashion Place earlier this month.

An arrest warrant for Levon Sommerville was filed with the Delaware County Prosecutors Office on a charge of felony assault, Sgt. James Jardine said.
Sommerville’s whereabouts are unknown and police are urging the 25-year-old man, whose last known address was on Sharbot Drive, to turn himself in.
Anthony Truss Jr. (see photo) was named as the man who allegedly traded gunshots with Sommerville inside and outside the Carter’s children’s apparel store at the mall on March 3, prompting an evacuation but causing no reported injuries, detectives said.
The mall is in the jurisdiction of the Columbus Division of Police but is located in Delaware County where the charges were filed.
Anyone with information about this incident is asked to contact Det. Adam Federer at the Felony Assault Unit at 614-645-4141 or Crimes Stoppers at 614-461-8477.
