OMAHA – Omaha pitchers kept the Clippers in check as the Storm Chasers won the second game of a six-game series at Werner Park, 6-1, Wednesday afternoon.

Starter Alec Marsh (1-0) struck out five hitters and turned a 3-1 lead over to the bullpen.Walter Pennington and Will Klein combined for six strikeouts while giving up only one hit and one walk to preserve the win.

Samad Taylor, Johan Camaro and Tyler Gentry hit home runs for Omaha.

Oscar Gonzalez’ third-inning sacrifice fly produced the Clippers’ only run.
