COLUMBUS – A Northeast Side man is facing criminal charges after police say they showed nude pictures to two underage girls at the Best Buy store on Polaris Parkway in December.

Ivan Summers, 48, was charged with two counts of disseminating matter harmful to juveniles after allegedly showing the photos to two 11-year-old girls on Dec. 21, said Det. Jarratt Gibson of the Columbus Police Exploited Children Unit.
Summers is accused of approaching the girls while they were looking at cell phones on display at a kiosk and showed them a photo or video of nude young females of an unknown age on a cell phone he was carrying, police said,
The victims walked away to another area of the store but Summers followed them and again showed them the material.
Gibson says the girls left the area to tell a parent what had happened as Summers left the store.
