COLUMBUS – Columbus police are looking for a man they say fatally shot a woman in an Olde Townb East apartment Sunday night.
Homicide detectives filed an arrest warrant on a charge of murder for Clarence Watkins III, 41, in the death of Xyanna Fraley, who was found suffering from multiple gunshot wounds inside her Bryden Road apartment by officers investigating a report of “shots fired” in the area, Sgt. James Marable aid.
Marable says Watkins should be considered armed and dangerous.

Fraley, 24, was pronounced dead at the scene, Marable said.
Watkins is described as 5’11″/180 lbs. with braided shoulder length hair and may be driving a black 2018 Honda Accord with silver accents, (OH lic. no. HEP7743).
Anyone seeing Watkins or his vehicle should immediately contact police, Marable said.
The investigation continues.
This is the 35th homicide on 2020 in Columbus.
