COLUMBUS – Brayan Rocchio’s tiebreaking RBI single in the seventh inning gave the Clippers a 5-4 win over the Indianapolis Indians in Sunday’s finale of a six-game series at Huntington Park.
Rocchio had tied the score with a two-run line drive to center field in the fifth and followed it up with a two-out single off Chase DeJong (0-2) that brought in Raynel Delgado with the winning run.
Starter Aron Civale fanned seven hitters in his 4 2/3 innings on the mound but Tim Herrin (5-1) got the win in relief.
