Probe into St. Ann’s ER police shooting referred to prosecutor

The Ohio attorney general has turned the results of a state investigation into the fatal police shooting of a Black man in a central Ohio hospital emergency room over to the Franklin County prosecutor to determine whether criminal charges would be filed against the officers involved.
