Ginther vows action to curb violence

As Columbus police were investigating the 40th homicide of the year, the fifth in five days, and a shooting incident that targeted a high school, Mayor Andrew Ginther was outlining measures the city will be taking to combat the violence which has Columbus on track to another record year for murders.

OSU football activities paused after coronavirus testing

Fraud continues to plague unemployment system

The number of Ohioans filing first-time claims for unemployment during the last week of February was 19% higher than the week before but the state says 21,000 of the more than 120,000 initial claims have been flagged for potential fraud.
